The RHIO process is phased. Starting with a core set of data providers in Monroe County, additional sources of clinical information will be added incrementally. The initial core group of providers represents a first wave of participants, contributing significant time to help refine the operational and policy issues necessary to provide workable and secure solutions for health care providers and patients alike.
